I can tell complete super saiyan blue made its debut during the tournament of destroyers and given hint at the goku black saga.Since it has the same conjucture.Everytime goku power-ups to blue.The aura dissapears like he concealed it.And vegeta follows after this.Making them mastered the raw power of it at the top saga and broly saga where they can transform anytime they wanted.Just saying since this didn't age well that goku is a genius at making everything happen here.Just a straight badass saiyan fighter now.💙✍️✔️🔊
